Follow the order without rushing the next step

Each status answers a different question: bought, sent by the seller, received, inspected or dispatched internationally.

Seller dispatch is not international dispatch

After the buying payment, first watch for the seller to send the item to the warehouse. A domestic tracking number usually covers that leg. Warehouse receipt then creates the opportunity to inspect the actual item.

Use the QC checklist when the photos are available. Do not interpret a warehouse arrival status as approval of size or condition.

Decide what can wait

If one item is delayed, compare the consequences of waiting with shipping the accepted items separately. Ask about the current storage terms and the extra shipping charge. Do not choose a deadline based only on a hoped-for seller dispatch date.

Know which number to send to support

For an unshipped purchase, use the order number. For a warehouse mismatch, include that order and the relevant QC image. For an international shipment, use the parcel number and tracking history.

Find the right help path or compare the cost of splitting the parcel.
