Community feedback: one buyer's unpacking problem

In a review published on 1 August 2024, a buyer described individually wrapped shoes, a taped outer box and corner protectors. They then reported nicking a shoe while cutting open the parcel.

When your parcel arrives, photograph any external damage first. Open the outer packaging carefully, then unwrap the items without pushing a blade into the contents. Keep the packaging until you have checked the order.
